Here I have painted all my nails a pale mint green and on my fourth finger, I have created this rose designs only with toothpicks. I first added the leaf green colour nail vanish with a toothpick to create the leaves of the rose then I added a blob of hot pink nail polish in the middle of the leaves to create the darker colour of the rose/shape of rose and used toothpick again to create the lighter lines of the rose petal with a baby pink nail polish.
